Sharon Hotel

the listing picture showed the bedroom which is the best picture the owner could show. The Sharon Hotel is not a hotel, but now just a sort of timeshare or condo. It has no service, but a very good location at the beach. Our unit had a great view of the beach from balcony. While we had some plumbing issues right away, the owner was very responsive to our request to fix them. The air conditioner was fully operational, very important in the summer. The owner could have been more forthright on the parking situation and provided some written instruction, especially for non-Israeli travelers. Overall, the unit served our purpose and was functional.

Dear James, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the great beachfront location, the view from the balcony, and our responsiveness to any issue you raised. I’d like to clarify that the photos on our listing showcase the entire apartment, not just the bedroom, and they accurately represent the space. Additionally, our check-in instructions do include detailed information about parking options. If you had contacted us for more information, we would have been more than happy to assist you further. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Best regards, Eitamar
