The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook up a feast for friends and family gatherings. The dining area just off the kitchen offers seating for six and overlooks the living area.  There is also a guest bedroom located on the main floor with en-suite. 
    
Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms including the primary suite. The spacious primary suite just up the stairs welcomes you with natural light and a beautiful stone bathroom with stand up shower. The second guest bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen bed and the third guest bedroom comes with a cozy bunk bed for the little ones. These two guest bedrooms share a spacious stone finished bathroom with a shower tub combo. 

The community pool is available for summer use only. 

You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE ADVANTAGE: All of our Beaver Creek and Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
