Maricopa Stay
The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for five of us. The house is clean and all on one level which is a plus. The location is in an established, quiet neighborhood, less that 10 min from the center of Maricopa. The owners were very responsive. I will book here again when I visit if available.

Great Experience !
House clean, and well maintained. Host was amazing! I made a mistake and thought the listing had a toddler bed. Host went and tracked one down to avoid me having to purchase one. That's way above and beyond! Would stay here again.

Tony,
I am surprised you felt this way about your stay. It's strange you never mentioned any of this even when I texted to check on how you were settling in.
The house has complete set of pots & 2 large frying pans. There are ample cutleries and a functioning dishwasher. We are not supposed to provide you with olive oil, spices or ingredients for your meals as different guest would have different preference.
The trash was broken while you were there. It was fully functional before you checked in but that's okay. We understand that mistakes happen.
You checked out on a Monday and the trash pickup day in our community is on Tuesdays.
We have wash clothes but could have provided more if you've simply asked.
You mentioned you were visiting to attend a birthday party not hosting your family for a birthday party. We could have gladly declined your request as we have a no party policy.
Most of these, if not all, would have been resolved with a simple text or call which you never put through even when we texted to ask how you were settling in.
My feedback to you is to communicate effectively if you need something. No accommodation has everything you need but if you make request, I guarantee you that most hosts will try as much as possible to get you what you need. We've hosted many families with great feedbacks and it pains me to learn, after you've checked out, that you didn't enjoy your stay as much as we imagined.
