Vacation Condo California coast New Year's 2026-2027 in Ventura, CA Sleeps 6
Great unit overlooking the ocean available Dec 27, 2025 - Jan 3, 2026. Dates are fixed, cannot be changed. This is a timeshare condominium, with views of the ocean and harbor. A bargain price over New Year's. It also has a kitchen, 2 baths, private balcony, romantic fireplace. This unit (936 sf) will easily sleep up to 6 people and still leave plenty of room to stretch! Note: 2nd bedroom has 2 walls & 2 sides with a drawn curtain. Both beds are queen size plus a queen fold out in the main room.
The resort is nestled in the Ventura Harbor where the sunny, breezy weather keeps the temperatures in the 70s and 80s. Ventura Harbor is located 30 miles south of Santa Barbara and one hour north of Los Angeles, California. Surrounded by mountains, oceans, and calm harbor waters, the resort has the best of all worlds to delight all ages. The resort has an outdoor heated pool, glass-enclosed spa, snack bar, complimentary movies, bikes, and a boat dock. The family can enjoy golf facilities, two public beaches, shops, and restaurants all only one mile away.
