Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish loft just steps to the beach! Small but mightily, this ground floor unit has ceiling fans, and vinyl plank floors. All new furniture, free hi-speed WiFi and dedicated covered parking too! Grab your beach towels and beach chairs (both provided) and walk to the sand - 100 feet away on this cul-de-sac.

One block over is the town of Pierpont with frozen yoghurt, Thai Food and a cool Social Tap Sports Bar. Lots to do just a short drive to the marina! Explore Ventura!

Picture waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the jetty, steps away from your private oasis. This charming cozy loft is perfect for a long weekend getaway. The small but mighty galley kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an Ashley-Chime mattress. Two nightstands with lamps and USB plugs in the padded headboard. A 6-drawer dresser and two separate sliding door closets make for ample storage. You have a window with blinds.

There is no door between the bedroom and the living room but the wall provides lots of privacy.

LIVING ROOM
The living/dining area is a sofa with a side table and lamp and a ceiling fan. There is a 43" Smart TV on the wall and a drop-leaf dining table that can seat four guests.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is galley-style with a full-sized refrigerator 4-burner gas stove and oven, microwave and toaster, and coffee maker. You are fully stocked with china, wine glasses, mixing bowls, etc. You also have a spice rack and knife block.

PARKING:
Parking is a premium in this area, and this street is no exception. The carport services all four apartments in this building and you have a designated space on the far left, under the 1132 sign. If you expect guests, please contact the host ahead of time for parking arrangements.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This quaint and quiet beach town is just one block from the heart, where you'll find neighborhood eateries and bars. The cool city of Ventura is only a 10 minute drive where you will find plenty of nightlife as well. You are also only a 5-minute drive to the bustling shopping center of Ventura Harbor to rent jet skis or kayaks.

The wide, uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles. Dogs are allowed if leashed and waste is picked up.

Pierpont Beach is a hidden gem that boasts stunning coastal views, crystal-clear waters, and soft, sandy shores. Unlike the more well-known beaches of Malibu, Pierpont remains relatively uncrowded, making it the perfect destination for those seeking a more secluded and peaceful beach experience. I am Lisa and I have been hosting vacation beach rentals since 2017 in Ventura County: Silver Strand, Hollywood Beach in Oxnard, Pierpont Beach, Ventura and West Malibu. We love this hidden gem because it is right between Malibu and Santa Barbara and offers so many things to do - kayaking, jet skis, whale watching and uncrowded beaches. When not running around checking on properties, I live on my ranch in West Malibu with my husband, 6 dogs and 9 horses. This is where our love for Ventura County and all it has to offer began in 1995! Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! It is important to me to host homes that are within easy walking distance of the beach, whether you are a toddler or senior. I want moms to feel secure that their teens don't have to cross a busy street and that grandma won't have an issue with the walk. I think when you rent a beach house you don't want to drive to the beach - you want to be able see water or sand from your driveway or deck.

What makes this property unique

This is one of four lofts on a large lot just 1/2 block from the sand in Pierpont. The lofts aren't large, but they are well-laid out with plenty of space for a full kitchen, full bathroom two closets, good-sized queen bed and living room with a dining space. A couple or small family can enjoy beach time for a very reasonable price with all the amenities of a large beach home! And they are so CUTE!
