This unit was a very nice clean one, with everything my wife and I needed. It was within walking distance of the beach and easy to find. Enjoyed everything about the stay except the couch, was a futon that was very uncomfortable. Everything worked and unit was just as described. Would recommend to others.

Thank you for staying Dwane! We have tried to find a way to make our little beach lofts the most comfortable, well-appointed places to stay well within walking distance of the beach. We put barn doors on the bedroom for privacy and full sized kitchen appliances. We understand that most guests bring more than two people so the living room 'couch' will be in use. The options for sleeping in the living room are few. Sofa-sleepers only need one person to push the spring in wrong and the entire couch must be replaced - before the next guest arrives at 4..... so we have opted for futons Howeer, the futon is not the cheap one you slept on in college - these are futon mattresses and as someone who needs plush, I find them to be pretty good! We will continue to look for even better options! :) Lisa

Colin, All the things you complain about are not listed as amenities. This is an adorable 1 bedroom loft 1/2 block to the beach. Your reviews is ridiculous and will live forever on the internet for all hosts to see.

The unit we rented was in a great location just steps from the beach. Overall it was very sunny and bright, and adequately appointed with dishes and kitchenware, as well as items like garbage bags and sandwich wrap. No dishwasher, but that's okay. Lots of closets and drawers, which a lot of these types of rentals often do not include. One of the windows has a long crack it and and should be replaced and the opaque triangular windows near the ceiling were a quite dirty on the outside. Off-street parking was great. There seemed to be some anti-tourist sentiment in the neighborhood as we saw numerous signs reading "locals only" and a resident across the street certainly did not care for dogs. Overall this top unit was a great for a short beach stay.
