A beautiful Villa located in the luxurious gated development of Tuscan Hills. Superbly furnished to a very high standard, this mediterranean style villa will be ideal for a large family or 2 smaller families sharing, sleeping up to 10 people.
Located conveniently off Highway 27, Tuscan Hills is only 10 minutes drive to Disney World and within minutes of shops, restaurants and several golf courses. Tuscan Hills is a secure gated community with its own on site facilities which include a club house with gym, games room, tennis court, beach volleyball court, children's play area and free internet access.
The villa is south facing, enjoying the sun all day long. It also benefits from having air conditioning so will remain at a constant temperature for your comfort. The main living area's open plan design is spacious allowing everyone to remain connected whether in the formal dining area, breakfast bar area or living room.
The large pool with its own built in spa is private and secluded and catches the sun all day. The large deck area is ideal for outside dining. The pool and deck area can be lit for evening use. There are sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
The living room opens out onto the pool/deck area and is furnished for comfort. There is a 40'' plasma TV with FREE cable TV, DVD and Hi-Fi system to keep the children entertained. The house also has FREE internet WiFi across the whole property.
The kitchen is equipped to prepare and serve a substantial family meal or simply use for breakfast and snacks.
The spacious master suite has a king size bed, with it's own direct access to the pool area. The en suite has a large walk-in shower and separate bath.
The second master suite has a queen sized bed, en suite with shower/bath unit.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are twin beds, sharing a bathroom conveniently located between the two.
All bedrooms have TV/DVD combinations.
There is a fully stocked linen cupboard, together with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure - 20 mins

Nice house with a barbecue on site it would have been really better.. 70$ addl for 4 days fir that is much too high it s a reason for us to choose another place next time but apart that the house and the relation with owner were easy and good

Perfect Family Home

It is near everything. It is clean. It is large. It has a pool. What else could you need? We loved it and will be back for a third time very soon. The only improvement would be to add a climate control unit to the game room. A 12000 BTU Multi Zone Wall Mount Indoor Unit would be perfect. It was hot so we stayed out of there for the most part.

Lovely villa with a great pool and lanai!

From the moment we came through the security gate, we knew we were in a perfect place for our vacation. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and our villa was always a retreat after a day of outside activity. You are given gate access by using your smart phone and you won't be able to enter until EXACTLY 4pm, so don't even think of arriving 10-15 minutes earlier! The house cleaners were still in the house when we arrived and apologized for needing a little more time, but it all worked out and we were able to get settled. The villa looked exactly as pictured and the pool and lanai were the highlights of the property! We'd paid for pool heat and felt that the temperature was cooler than expected, so I contacted the owner by email and after a few replies, Donna, the owner, had someone come check the heater and issue resolved! She followed up with a personal phone call ensuring all was well, and letting me know to call with any other issue, a perfect owner/host. And, no other issues. We were four adults, my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and me so we ate out and did very little cooking, breakfasts, hot dogs, and soups. There seemed to be ample cookware and lots of dishes and glassware. Basic cable tv, which was nice, and lots of games, puzzles, etc were available. Location is great and convenient to Publix Grocery Store, Walmart, CVS, restaurants, attractions, and the parks. We loved it and hope to return!!

We stayed for a week while visiting the nearby amusement parks. House was great for our needs. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Short distance to the parks. Property owners were very helpful. They were communicative and answered any questions within a reasonable amount of time. Great stay and would recommend the property

Beautiful home, very clean and well organized. The owner Donna is lovely and very helpful. I was disappointed that the house manager didn’t respond to my 2nd call about the alarm, which annoyingly chirped “door ajar” for the entire time. It was, however a holiday weekend and maybe the manager was off. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing time. House was so clean and nice. Only thing I wish I would have done was pay for pool heating which I will do next time. We are Al ready planning our stay for next year. Close to many attractions but in a quiet neighborhood

Location, convenience, comfortable

We stayed at the Tuscan Hills house and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owners were communicative and had everything set up for us so we could enter the subdivision and into the house. It was in a great location and the subdivision security made us feel comfortable during our stay. I will add that their property management company delayed in one of our requests, which I have since communicated to the owners. Other than that it was a great vacation and FAR better than any hotel.

Quick Vacation after Dance Nationals

The house was a perfect stay for the 5 of us after my wife and Daughter had dance nationals in Orlando the week prior. The propery is clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Summer Holiday in Orlando - Tuscan Hills, Davenport

We stayed at this villa for two weeks for our Summer holiday at end of July 23 / beginning of Aug 23 and could not have asked for a better villa. It had all the amenities we required, especially the air con & pool, which were both amazing features and a great relief for the days when the temperatures were hitting 100OF!! We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone wanting a great villa in a good location when visiting all the Disney / Universal Theme parks!! Thank you for allow us to stay, we will definitely be back

The stay overall was pretty good! It was enough room for all our family! The pool and game room was an extra bonus and we all loved it! Accessing the home was very easy. The only negative we had was the home lacked basic essentials such as trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning stuff but we were expected to clean up and start laundry when we left which we didn’t have an issue with we literally just had to buy everything!

Amazing property

The house was wonderful! Everything was even better than we expected. Lots of room for our family of 7. The kids loved the pool and gameroom. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Orlando. Highly recommend!

Overall it was nice. It would have been nice to have some paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil and Saran Wrap. Also there was no extra toilet paper or garbage bags. And there was an ant problem. The bedrooms were nice and everything was clean and the location was good. The pool and hot tub were great.

Little piece of Heaven

Me and my friend visited from WI and this place made us feel spoiled! Having our own private pool and whirl pool was amazing. The house is HUGE! And being in a private community area made us feel very safe. The owners are very responsive. I definitely recommend this place
