Not as described. Disappointed.

The property was not exactly clean. We killed several stink bugs and other types of bugs. I’m 6’3” and the bed was too small. It was a foam mattress on a rollaway type frame. The first night a light was shining into the window all night. There wasn’t a curtain or blind to help with that. We forfeited our third night for a hotel room because we just had to get some sleep after a long weekend. We would not stay here again. The owners seemed really nice and not overbearing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the bugs. Unfortunately, during certain seasons, stink bugs can be a common occurrence in the area. We take cleanliness very seriously and strive to maintain a bug-free environment, but sometimes these pests can be difficult to control completely. Regarding the bed size, we want to clarify that the apartment does have a full-size bed. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding. We'll double-check to ensure that the bed is always properly set up for our guests. We're also sorry about the issue with the light shining through the window. Our host was on-site and available to assist with any concerns, including this one. Unfortunately, we weren't notified about this issue during your stay. We encourage guests to reach out to us directly if they encounter any problems, so we can address them promptly. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. We're committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

The best emergency that ever happened to us

We had a pipe break in our house and had to find arrangements quick. We were so blessed to come across this beautiful property on here. Although it was one of those things that seemed too good to be true so we were slightly skeptical, but we decided it was worth the risk at that point. When we arrived (to fresh baked cookies!) we were so relieved to see it was beautiful and exactly as described. The house was absolutely adorable and you could tell so much love went into making it a welcoming home. The hosts were beyond gracious and even worked with us when our dog sitter had to cancel. We spent our days relaxing in the beautiful pool and our evenings in the tranquil home. We just could not have asked for a better experience and we can't wait for our next stay already! If I could give it 10 stars, I would for sure. 😊
