We had a wonderful stay at Black Butte Ranch. Everything was incredibly easy from start to finish, and the property was exactly as described. The home was beautiful, comfortable, very well-maintained, and perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the Ranch has to offer. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at Black Butte. We’d happily come back!

Had a BLAST! The house suited our family perfectly…. The host Kendra took great care of us promptly if we had questions or needed assistance!The kitchen had everything we needed, air conditioning was handy especially because we needed to stay in one day due to forest fire & air quality. My grandkids loved the jacuzzi, horse shoes was cool. Great home!

Perfect for our family get-together

We needed an extra house for a large family gathering and this home fit the bill. My adult children and their significant others raved about the home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was small and not as usable -- and not any less expensive than others I have rented. Location is a challenge, I would not recommend it.

End of Summer Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen and main living room were clean but there was dog hair on the blankets and in the shower. The downstairs felt significantly less clean and there were smelly towels in the dryer when we arrived.
