Idlewild Studio: Scandinavian studio just 20min to uptown

Relax in this hidden gem, or cook a family meal in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end finishes. This Scandinavian style brand-new apartment is filled with lots of natural light, perfect for one, two or a small family. An ideal base, just 20-25 minutes from Uptown Charlotte where you can find the best food and shopping in town.

Our beautiful apartment is located next to our home in Matthews, NC. It is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen, eat in dining area, walk in shower and washer/dryer. It is facing our courtyard with our two huge oak trees that surround the property. You will also have a private entrance and patio area.

You can find everything you need, from sheets/blankets, kids toys, Flat screen TV with Netflix, hangers, full length mirror and all kitchen amenities. We will leave you fresh bottled water in fridge as well as cream for your coffee. We have have cooking utensils, oil, cutting boards etc. Everything you need is available. There is also a washer/dryer as well as an Iron and ironing board.

Kids are more than welcomed and if you need toys or a pack and play we will gladly get that for you.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay in Claudia and Edgar’s property. The photos are definitely not deceiving. The decor gives the place such a warm, home-like feel. As though it is a guest home, we weren’t bothered nor did we hear them during our stay.
