We loved our stay at the condo! It was an ideal location. The view was beautiful! The condo was spacious, decorated very nicely, and had everything we needed. We were convenient to the beach and restaurants. The owner was quick to answer all my questions. I highly recommend it!

A clean, well equipped unit in an ideal location between bay and gulf. The only surprise was that the top floor was the third floor plus an addition 1 story above the parking lot. So it is a four flight climb!

This was the perfect location for our family of three! Views were amazing. Lots of kitchen essentials that made it easy for us to cook and save money! Pool wasn’t too far, grounds are so pretty! Lots of ducks and turtles! Bay was fun and and the fishing pier gave us lots to do! Things to know… unit was top floor and we didn’t see an elevator, wasn’t a problem for us but might be a need to know for someone. Pool is on the smaller size but that was fine. It did get a little crowded but that’s to be expected on a holiday weekend! Fishing pier is on the smaller side too, it was easier to take the essentials down and not drag our wagon out on the pier. A/C worked amazing and we had some hot days!!! Bay view from the back is sooo nice for sunsets and you can see the ocean from the front chairs as well! There were games in the entertainment center and the tub in the master bath was lovely!!! Such a great stay!! Thank you!!!

What a great condo overlooking the bay!! It was the perfect size for a family of four. The was a nice small beach on the bayside that the little ones enjoyed with the calm waters. You are also a short walk away from the ocean side where we enjoyed waves and shell hunting. My only caution is that this is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the stairs are worth it when you see the views.

Condo was well stocked not only with linens, sheets and the like but also with kitchen, grocery and beach items. We forgot to pack our beach umbrella and boogie boards so it was great to be able to borrow some for the trip. The kids especially loved fishing from the dock/pier and playing in the pool. Walk to the beach was minimal (about 3-5 minutes); definitely do-able. Would rent this unit again! Loved the views from the back deck/patio area while drinking coffee in the morning.
