Fun house that is spacious and well decorated. Love the different bedrooms. The coffee bar was very nice with snacks and coffee and tea option. The house is by a railroad with frequent trails that are not too noisy, but many of the rooms have noise machines.
We had a wonderful experience staying at this townhouse! It’s beautiful and so comfortable. The location is great. Easy parking and a quick drive to everything you could want to do in town. The host was easy to communicate with and booking and check in were smooth.
The VRBO was so cute! The location was a little interesting, but we had a great stay. We were able to check in slightly early, which was amazing! Easy place to walk around, about 5 minutes from Oddstory Brewery.
A perfect stay. Less than 10 minute drive to the convention center. Easy to get in and out even when traffic is heavy. Pleasant decor with nice finishes. The code bar was a nice touch. The garage is for medium cars (2) only, but ample parking around the units. It was a great choice to stay here.
Beautiful, clean and well-appointed townhome that comfortably fit 2 couples, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. We were especially grateful for the baby gates, toys, and dog run! It is right next to the train tracks, but they did not bother us inside at all - in fact, it was pretty cool to watch them go by on the nice porch. Owner Ben was friendly and very responsive when I had Qs. Only taking off a star because lower shower did not have shampoo/body wash and hvac blower is really loud.
Two car garage was handy. Area felt safe. Dogs welcome for a small fee. All site were a short drive and Food City was a nearby grocery store that had everything we needed.
Nice and well appointed place, clean and plenty of space to spread out. Location could have been a little better but it was quiet and there’s one great brewery nearby
Everything was great. There are 3 levels, we had expected 2 but it worked well for our group. Loved that it was so close to downtown but didn’t feel surrounded by businesses.
Absolutely wonderful home, conveniently located from downtown Chattanooga. We had everything we needed and then some. The coffee bar was a huge hit, as we are all coffee drinkers. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this was definitely a top 3 for me! Yes it’s 3 floors of living space but none of us had a problem with that. Yes it is near railroad tracks but we barely heard the trains at all. It’s not like speeding trains, blowing their horns. It’s just slow rollers. The brand new Chattanooga Lookouts minor league stadium is only a couple miles away, huge perk. If I stay in Chattanooga again, I will be looking at the availability for Ben’s place!
This house was perfect for our stay and conveniently located within a short drive to everything. The host was very prompt with answering any questions we had! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
The property was lovely! I would note that it is situated directly next to a train track, but the area felt safe and the trains weren't loud enough to bother us at all. Everything was clean and modern, and the coffee/espresso bar was great! Also, it is very conveniently located near great restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.
Super cute house for our girls trip! Easy communication with the owner, very accommodating when we needed something! Bonus points for the cute wallpaper throughout the house and coffee bar!
Very hospitable host. It’s a nice renovated stay. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper due to the train but it’s not horrible at all. Would definitely stay here again!
We just returned from a mini vacation to Chattanooga. This place was exactly (if not better) as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains go by. Ben was always very quick to respond the any questions. We would highly recommend Southside Charmer and we’ll definitely be back.
This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding in Chattanooga. The location was very convenient. The kitchen was a joy to use to prepare meals; the coffee bar was a treat; and there was plenty of light and space. Garage parking is a bonus and it was easy to get our fur family members to the small dog park. There are trains and train sounds but we enjoyed them and slept well each night in the very comfortable beds. All the bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Laundry was available also and came in handy. We would most definitely stay here again!
