Cozy place with beautiful views!
My wife and I had a wonderful time in Sedona! We were there to celebrate our honeymoon. The house we stayed in was lovely. Its nestled into the upper red rocks, which was a beautiful surprise as we drove in the first day! What a view!! We loved having all of the modern conveniences of home in one place. It was easy to get to, close by to all of the activities and fun you want to have in Sedona! We highly recommend the place and hope to come back with some friends one day in the future!
Property was a perfect place to stay for us. Central location to trails and easy access to town made the stay quite enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the hot tub was great for resting tired muscles. Would certainly return.

Fantastic
Absolutely loved our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
We enjoyed the beautiful view of the red rocks, location to awesome trails, and outdoor area! Easy check in, clean property and hot tub (although hot tub showing it’s age). Overall great and peaceful stay…only downside was manual gate to property but by no means a deal breaker.
Stayed with my husband, brother in law, and two dogs. We were very impressed with the space, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The yard was very nice with lots of space and entertainment. The hot tub was hot and working. Location is great, outside of town, with plenty of hiking access, ability to avoid traffic. We would choose to stay here on every visit to Sedona.

Peaceful Retreat in Red Rock Country
The home is quiet and feels secluded from town but with easy access. Watch the sun set across Cathedral Rock or see the sunrise off Cimmaron Butte. I enjoyed the landscaping of the property and it made me feel relaxed. The hot tube helped with the relaxation too.
Very nice, very well done vacation home.
Our family, including two teens, enjoyed three spring break days in March.
The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. We all enjoyed the hot tub and nice views. Beds were good and the bathroom was large enough to handle four people rotating through.
The location was quite convenient to our daily hikes in West Sedona and an easy 2-3 miles from the main road. We all appreciated how relaxing it was at the end of our day to sit on the deck, in the living room or in the hot tub.
The internet was a bit slow, but not a problem for us and probably true of the whole area.
The kitchen and BBQ were so good that we cancelled two dinners out to stay and cook for ourselves.
A great set up that we would recommend.

dirty, broken windows and chair.
I so wanted to love this place except for the fact that it was dirty, two windows were broken and a chair was broken too. This house looks like it has been used. Thinks need to be replaced and it needs some tender loving care.

livingston lane Sedona!
It was nice place, there were several things that were not up to par, the hot tub did not work the entire time we were there, several windows were broken and unusable, the main screen door didn't work properly either, also the fans and lights were on remote controls and would turn on in the middle of the night so we had to get up every night to turn off lights, we rented this place for the views and the amenities, we hike a lot so the hot tub was a must have, we were disappointed over all!

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize that the property did not meet your expectations. Before your stay a huge storm passed through which cause some problems to the exterior of the property. The homeowner takes all of your concerns very seriously and since then has made sure the hot tub has been fixed. Currently the windows, lights and screen door are in the process of getting fixed as well. Thank you again, we hope to assist you with your future travels.~Best, The Evolve Team.

Disappointing
Arrived in the snowing, dark. No street lights (which is a good thing.) Street sign is completely unreadable. The house number we found the day we were leaving on a rock on the ground and lighted by a solar light which isn't lit when the day has been cloudy or snowy. The light above the door lock was burned out. The lock was frozen. We did get in after about 15 minutes of working it. The kitchen stove had grease splatters all over the controls, the counters had to be cleaned before we would put our food down. The ice maker tray falls out if you pull it out to get ice and is doesn't fit so it has to be rigged or else the ice continues to be produced and falls in the bottom of the freezer. The bathroom towels had holes and stains on them. There were more towels in the closet which were probably fine. The linens on the bed were mismatched. The house is not private at all. There is a neighbor with a huge patio that look into the bedroom and hot tub/outdoor bar area. The dining room has four chairs so don't expect to eat together as a large group. We were left with two partial rolls of toilet paper. I texted the property manager and never received a call/text back. He was also the contact for one of the tours we took and I had to call him about the meeting location. He did not return that call either. On the plus side, sofas and beds were comfortable (except for the nail sticking out the side of one frame.) Overall, very disappointing. A lack of oversight by the owners IMO.

Hi Vickie, we're glad to hear you found the sofas and beds comfortable. The homeowner has read your feedback and would like to address your concerns:- We have the house number displayed in large turquoise numbers on a flagstone at the entry, along with a “Welcome” sign on the driveway fence post. The door lock has not frozen in our experience, and we didn’t receive any communication from you about difficulties entering the home.- We didn’t hear from you regarding any cleaning issues during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly sent our cleaner back to address anything that wasn’t up to standard.- The ice maker fits correctly, though we understand it might take some adjusting. We appreciate you pointing this out so we can look into it further.- We’ve instructed our cleaning team to discard any towels with holes or stains, and we keep new towels in the linen closet for guest use. We also make sure complete bedding sets are on the beds, with extras available in the closet if needed.- Our home is in a neighborhood with other houses, as noted in the listing photos. For larger groups, there are additional dining chairs stored in a cabinet labeled “Chairs,” and we always stock extra toilet paper under the bathroom sink.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us continue to improve for future guests.
Beautiful, updated property with all the amenities!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully updated property. The kitchen was like new with all the basic amenities and some extras! The property was gorgeous with views & a well taken care of lot that our dogs really loved. The beds were so comfy too!
This listing was amazing, it was clean and the check in process was easy. Rental was supplied with everything you might possibly need. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The hot tub was an added luxury that we utilized at night under the stars and it was magical. Thank you for having us!
This location is on a scenic road, that you will likely travel on during your stay, yet away from the uptown traffic chaos.
The rental was VERY well stocked! Plenty of bath towels, rags, toiletries, kitchen dishes/utensils, etc. The hot tub was amazing after long days of hiking!
The only issue we had, was that when we arrived at 4p, the cleaning crew was still there cleaning. We had to leave and get something to eat before we could actually “check in” and unpack our car. Slightly disappointing considering how much we had to pay for cleaning fees.
Nonetheless, this was a great a great rental for just my husband & I.
I must say this is exactly what I imagined it would be, a quiet tucked away place to relax and hang out. It was a perfect location for us, not too close to town but still close enough and really close to red rock/crescent moon parks! we also had amazing view off the front and back porch~ We will be back!
Great small vacation home close to town with everything you need
Clean, well stocked, everything in working order. All the little extras really appreciated (toiletries, picnic bag, everything is labeled) and hot tub, fire pit used and enjoyed. Thanks for a great spot to call home for a weekend getaway!
The home was clean and comfortable. The location is really close to everything but out of the way of the busy main roads.
We used only 1 bed which was comfortable. The kitchen and grill are both easy to use and well equipped. The hot tub was the best part with an amazing view of the night sky. However, the neighbor is very close to the hot tub and was arguing on the phone with someone for about and hour so that did bring the mood down a bit. The house had a few minor issues: two of the shades didn't function so we couldn't actually see the view of the rocks. Two of the three dining chairs are a little wobbly and wouldn't have taken the weight of normal size man. The owner charges a high cleaning fee and then asks the guest to sweep and clean. So I felt like that was unfair; but we swept and cleaned as instructed. Overall it was a nice stay at a clean and comfortable place.
We LOVED this place! It's just outside Sedona in a very quiet neighborhood. We contacted the supervisor a couple of times and got a response very quickly. We hiked all day and then hit the jacuzzi under the stars at night. A very enjoyable vacation and we were very happy that we chose this place.
