We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, with downtown Mystic being just a short walk away. We especially loved the view from the backyard and we enjoyed being able to launch the property’s kayaks and some inflatable SUPs we brought with us right from their dock. The house was clean when we arrived and communication with the property owner was good. I’d recommend this property to others.

This home is a hidden gem in Mystic! Our family loved our time spent there. The home is cozy and welcoming with a beautiful view. Kayaking in the cove was a plus for us! If we are ever in the area, we would definitely stay there again!

The home was amazing to stay at, extremely peaceful residence to stay at. every room was serene and cozy. This rental is clean, very well stocked with everything needed for sleep, baths, meal prep and dining. it was the perfect setting for our family time, relaxing and lounging in the indoor and outdoor spaces. Kayaking on the lake was so fun and off the Long Island sound. So close to beaches,dining and shopping. Looking forward to next trip!

My wife, mother, father, aunt and I all loved your home! We came to Mystic to visit family and see historic Mystic. The home is beautiful with so much character and charm we were all so sad to leave! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay so close to everything we wanted to do and a short walk to the amazing Mystic Market, that we went to every day! Thank you so much, we loved it!!!

Family Reunion

The house and property were amazing in terms of comfort and location. There was ample room for our party of eight adults. It never felt crowed inside or out. It was equipped with everything you could need. The lagoon with a dock and the use of kayaks was a fabulous bonus. You can walk on a sidewalk into town in just a few minutes. We all agreed it was the perfect location for our family reunion.

Short walk to downtown Mystic

The property provided a sitting area outside overlooking the river and a large dining area inside. It is a short walk (sidewalk available) to downtown Mystic. The house is packed with stuff. Every surface, drawer, cabinet, tabletop, wall, and floor space is decorated.

Girls' Weekend 2025

We've been doing an annual trip for 29 years. This house, the location, and amenities were perfect!!! They had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. The seating to enjoy our coffee and wine both outdoors and indoors was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The access to downtown Mystic was perfect. Quick drive and an easy walk depending on what you prefer. So many great shops and places to eat. We'll be back!

There are very few homes with water access in walking distance to downtown Mystic. You are welcome to kayak or fish off our dock or launch your own small craft. Enjoy the breezes on the back deck while watching the medley of boats pass by.
