Neighborhood is lovely and walking distance to downtown. Rebekah was very warm, pleasant, and accommodated my group of 11 in every possible way, which is sometimes extremely hard to accomplish. We plan to book a stay again soon!
We had the pleasure of staying at this property while attending WSU parents weekend. The house is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. A easy walk to downtown. We had zero issues, and we would definitely consider this property for our next parent weekend.
Cheers!
We had a decent stay here with our family of 8 as we moved our daughter in for college. However, it does seem a family lives here regularly, which I would’ve preferred to know ahead of time. It’s not necessarily a problem, and the toys were really great since we have 4 younger kids. But I think others considering the property should know that it feels like you are staying in someone’s home - e.g. office in the master bedroom with computer and owners’ files out in the open, bathroom fully stocked with owners’ things including personal items like toothbrushes, food stocked in the pantry and freezer, clothes in closets and drawers, keepsakes in bedrooms. It felt so lived in that my husband called me, afraid he’d walked into the wrong rental. There were actually unwashed dishes in the dishwasher. So, take that for what it’s worth. If that doesn’t bother you, this is a great location with close proximity to downtown and a great park, and the toys are helpful for kids. It was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed, but again I have some understanding for that if a family is regularly living in the home.
Very clean and stocked house. Lots of outside room which would be great in warmer weather. Location to both U of I and WSU (our son graduated from WSU) was essentially. Wish we had found this place years ago!
