I'm a 41 years old Costa Rican form San José. I moved to Guanacaste 10 years ago with my wife, she works as a professional beach wedding photographer, that's one of the reasons we moved to this area near the Pacific Ocean. We live in Playas del Coco and have a son (5 years old) and a daughter (2 years old).
I've been doing Property Management since we move to Coco. I started my company All Costa Rica Rentals 10 year ago providing rentals, management and maintenance services and recently I started with El Coco Tours, a company that provides Tours and Transfer services, we have our own vans and boats. That's a plus for our renters that would like to enjoy the beauties Costa Rica has to offer.
