House was clean and comfortable for us and had great dog accommodations. Fenced yard with artificial turf was a definite plus. Close proximity to Lititz and Lancaster, we would not hesitate to stay here again in future, Thank you for a positive experience Cooper Family Homes!

This property was perfect, for us. It is nicely furnished. The kitchen was nicely appointed and is nicely stocked with essential items. If you are traveling with a dog, the dog has his/her own play yard to run around in. We were all very comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet. We would certainly book again if we are ever in Ephrata!

Wonderful stay to attend Sight and Sound show. Home was fantastic and the backyard was a pleasant surprise for our puppy to walk freely on the am.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. The dog room set up with various cage sizes was great for our dogs. They especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We had a great time!

Great Find in Ephrata

This well-equipped, up-to-date home was perfect for our small group. Extremely clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Groceries, coffee shop, and gas were also just minutes away. We especially loved the comfy living room sectional!

Home base for PA Renaissance Faire and Dutch Wonderland

Very convenient and aligned for our needs over a weekend. Even more so if you have dogs. On short list of nearby places we’ll consider for revisiting the area and festivities in future!

Pleasant and simple

We absolutely loved the property as did our 2 dogs. The property owners thought of everything for not only the person but also for the pups. The home was warm and cozy. It is a definite return for us.

Perfect Place to Relax!

The owners thought of everything. It’s comfortable, homey and fresh. Nice updates. Thoughtful extras. Our dog loved it too!! Great location close to our family and a ton of wonderful places to eat and explore. We plan on coming back! That’s a promise!!!

Would Stay Here Again!

Was a great house to stay while we visited some family and went around the Lancaster area. Great place for us and our dogs to stay. They loved the turf doggie area. We had a small issue but Doron was there within the hour and super helpful. Even followed up the next day! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Our dogs loved to lay by the back door in the sun. Super close to everything and tons of places to eat within a 5 minute drive.

Short title

Nice place to stay while working in the area. Doran was quick to answer any questions we had. While we were there we had 6" of snow and the next day all of the snow had be shoveled around my truck, the walk and the stairs. Totally unexpected and appreciated.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to details. The accommodation was immaculate clean and organized. It was well stocked and this home provides a cozy feel. The dog area was well executed with everything a pup needs to feel welcome even the enclosed outdoor was perfect for the pups they love it. The kitchen well stocked. Its eco friendly items they offer as toiletries show how much they care for you to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. It met all our expectations and more will definitely stay here on my next trip.
