Magnolia Cottage, Private Studio Near Enloe
Built in 2019, Magnolia Cottage is modern with a classic Chico appeal. Bright, comfortable & perfectly located 3 Blocks from Enloe, 9 Blocks from CSU Chico. Perfect for mid & long term guests as well as those looking for weekend getaways. Private courtyard for morning coffee and our Cal King bed is a guest favorite! Couch converts to Queen sleeper for a 3rd guest. Smart tv & washer/dryer in unit. Can be rented with front 3 bedroom home for larger parties. We are a favorite with return guests!
The space
Studio is above a detached garage and is accessible from a private entrance through a private, fenced courtyard. The space has a great vibe with plenty of natural light. We have hosted many multi-week guests here because we have everything you need to settle in. Close walking distance to restaurants on the Esplanade and to Enloe.

We have easy parking in the driveway as well as the street.
Other things to note
If you have a larger party, we also host the main house in front of this studio. We provide a discount if both listings are booked together. Message host for more information.
