Hot tub was nice. The home is well maintained and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with. The game room was great, it helped to keep the family entertained.
Property itself is great! It is in a rural neighborhood so it does get pretty dark at night. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early which was a huge plus. The property is 30 minutes from Knoxville and 30 minutes from the smokies which worked out great as we were able to explore both locations. Plenty of amenities on sight to enjoy. The whole family was definitely satisfied!!
Great property, off the beaten path. It was a little further from the things we wanted to do than expected. Was hoping for some better views based on the location. The house was excellent, no issues at all with the property. Owners were great and quick to respond.
We loved our stay at this home in Seymour. It is off a paved road, but back off the road, so we could not hear traffic. The home is bright and cheery and off the front porch, you can see the mountains. Our grandchildren loved the game room and there was plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 children. We were at a great location between Sevierville and Maryville and both were an easy travel. The back roads around the cabin were beautiful and the hot tub was an absolute plus. We also enjoyed a camp fire a few nights. Would definitely rent again.
Great property with plenty of space for the kids to run around outside. The arcade machines were also a big hit and being 30-45 minutes from Gatlinburg and Knoxville was nice.
The house was great. Kitchen had everything we need to cook meals and bake cookies. The hot tub was easy to use and to add chemicals, great temperature too. Bathrooms were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Our family of 10 enjoyed our week stay at this property. Plenty of space to accommodate and enough yard for a field day. We definitely enjoyed every bit of our stay.
House was so cute & clean! Definitely well kept! Plenty big enough for 10 people! It also was in a very quiet location which was nice! We were able to hear the wildlife at night! The host was always very responsive and kind! A must stay!
We were in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect place for our family to stay together for the week! It is a beautiful, peaceful mountain setting!
We loved staying at Daniel's place! It was close enough to Knoxville to make it into town easily when we needed to, but right in nature which was what we were looking for. The place itself was plenty big enough for our group, and we will definitely stay again when we come back next year!

What makes this property unique
History of the Farm: For over 200 years, this land was known as the “W. R. Rogers’ Farm.” After serving as a colonel in the Revolutionary War, Mr. Willoughby Rogers made his way to the Sevier County hills to spend his remaining years farming and raising livestock. Through the years, this land remained with the original family, passed down through generations, until we were lucky enough to become the new caretakers.
