Nice property with easy access to the beach and clubhouse area. Pool is great, although it was bathwater warm due to the heat wave during the two weeks we stayed. Lots of room to mingle or escape if needed. Bathroom rooms were laid out a little differently but we worked around that. Couple of minor maintenance issues that were suggest to be fixed. Super quiet and safe environment. Family had a great time

Great family week!

Great house for a large family! The pool really gives you a wonderful option to the beach, although the beach is just a quick walk away! Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen is newly renovated!

Super Service

We have rented houses from Newport, RI to Key West, Fl. Quansha and the office staff are the very best we have ever dealt with in the last 20 years. The house was spotless and well equipped. Already booked the same house for next year. The gear rental company that works with Peace was responsive. Same with the golf cart rental company. Thanks.

Great location spacious house that doesn’t make you feel cramped. There’s a fire pit and grill. One block away from beach access. Cons for my trip specifically: There was a golf cart parked with the house and I had reached out multiple times(calls and texts) to the property manager about using it and if it was included and got no response. Second complaint is the listing says there are no hidden fees, yet the communication emails stated it was 1000 to heat the pool for the weekend. I consider this a hidden fee and also a ridiculous cost(1000 really?!?)Other then the above two issues I recommend this property

Unexpected construction crew

House and all amenities were great. We had been informed that construction was underway on pool/deck but that no work would be done while we were there. A crew showed up on Tuesday the 12th. They did leave by 5 and did not return next morning. Overall, no problem, just not as we were told, thanks, RS
