This place was gorgeous! The 2nd master suite was a little misconstrued I thought it was off the beach too but it was not that’s why I took a star off. The elevators were broke but it honestly did not impact our trip that much. We had a marvelous time, the condo was absolutely beautiful, the management company was RealJoy & they were phenomenal to work with, one of the best I’ve worked with in the past 8 plus years we have been coming down. We had a wonderful trip. We also got family pictures taken by Spedale Jr. who I highly recommend as well.

Condo was great except didnt know need different code to enter building was not present in website. Missing TV in back bedroom. WIFI PASSWORD NEEDS TO BE UPDATED ONSITE AND ON FYLER IN KITCHEN.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The condition of the furniture was poor at best. It certainly wasn’t in the condition in the pictures that were shown on the website. There is a lounger on the balcony where the cover was shredded and unusable. Multiple holes, dents and scratches on the furniture in the living room. The sliding screen door to the balcony couldn’t be used because the screen had been cut out of it and not replaced. We had to clean some of the areas before we were comfortable using them. The bathroom in the master suite has mold on the ceiling outside the shower and the sinks looked like someone just brushed their teeth. The pool water was cloudy and not very inviting as were the number of loud obnoxious people that filled the small pool area every day we were there.The building and surrounding area was advertised as a totally smoke free area. That was far from the truth. We couldn’t sit out on our balcony on most days because of the cigarette and pot smoke filling the area around our balcony. When we contacted the host we were told they couldn’t do anything about it. We would have to contact building security and they would have to “look into it”. Security returned my call about 3 hours later and would see if they could determine who was doing it. The problem was never resolved. Security was only seen during the 4-6 check in time and that was about the only time you would see them.I have pictures of the damaged furniture, appliances, screen door and mold on the ceiling.

We had a great time at this property. The view is spectacular! Make sure you get the code to enter the building. This is a separate code than the room code. That was our only hiccup. You will love this condo!
