This was a great space for our group. We had everything we needed. It was about a 10 minute early morning drive to Disneyland drop off. Carolyn was a great host and responded to our questions quickly.

Amazing Stay for Disneyland!

Myself and 7 friends stayed at this amazing place early December for our annual Disneyland trip. The location was so convenient to get to and from SNA airport and the parks. There were also some awesome restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. Jimmy and Carolyn were amazing hosts and checked in multiple times before, during and after our trip to make sure everything was going well. I would (and hopefully will!) absolutely rebook their place for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

The house was nice for our family but I had to contact the host for face towels. I was told they were being phased out. She showed up with some so I appreciated that. The house needs to get touch up paint on the doorways and cabinet in bathrooms it appears to be dirty but it’s just needs touch up paint. They need to clean better they was built up dirty in all the corners of every room but the kitchen. The ice machine didn’t work and one of the bedroom had a warped bed and non working fan. I wasn’t happy bout having to constantly contact her for stuff. I also was not happy with them entering while I was gone. We noticed they took the only available garbage can while I was out without telling me which made me VERY uncomfortable. She never offered a discount for all the inconveniences and I feel due to these things the house is overpriced. Nice safe area beds are kinda hard and overall she needs to have them clean a lot better and touch up the walls. My stay was okay I expected a much nicer place for the price:)

I'm glad you still had a good time despite a few minor quirks. As part of our effort to be more environmentally friendly, we've phased out face towels and instead provide plenty of bath towels that serve the same purpose. I also apologize for the paint scuffs, but I didn't feel they warranted a discount. This is a private home, so routine landscaping is part of maintaining the property and unfortunately can't always be scheduled between guest stays. To be clear no one enter the home just the perimeter. The bed wasn't warped—it simply had a loose center support, which was quickly repaired but the bed is fully functional. The TV and fan remotes were in the nightstand, and I could have resolved that immediately had you replied to my message. Most of the concerns in your review were minor and could have been easily addressed during your stay. Instead, it felt like they were saved for the review in hopes of receiving a discount. Fortunately, our many positive reviews speak for themselves. We appreciate your stay and wish you safe travels.
