The condo was beautiful and relaxing. From the moment we walked in the door, I knew this was going to be a great vacation! We especially loved having access to the boat lift out back (we brought our own boat) and the view from the back balcony. The owner was so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. We loved our stay!! We came to Sarasota for the Christmas week and the condo could not have been more perfect. Having coffee on the balcony every morning with the beautiful view was the perfect start to the day. Evelio and Trish were perfect hosts and the condo was tastefully decorated for the holiday. the condo had everything we needed. Perfect spot for a great get away.

This is a beautiful unit with nice views of a canal and the Gulf. The unit was clean and had thoughtful touches, like snacks. It is best for a family, as the second bedroom is small and has twin beds. The property seemed nice, but we did not use any of the amenities to be able to comment. The management company responded quickly when contacted.

Sunny days and a super host!

We enjoyed our three weeks at this beautiful corner condo, so bright and comfortable. The location for us was great, with two very good restaurants within a five minute walk! We took advantage of the nearby Asolo Theater to see Dial M for Murder. Excellent! Our host Trish was very quickly responsive to a couple of minor questions and we couldn’t believe how easy they made our departure! My husband said that for him the only downside was the TV! 😊 We are not so young and our abilities to figure out TV streaming etc are close to non-existent. We would recommend this unit very highly! ⭐️

Great stay at The Strand

Our unit was absolutely perfect for us. First of all, I’d like to thank Evelio for his excellent communication throughout our stay. We had some difficulty with the code to enter the unit and he responded promptly to my texts to resolve the issue. The unit itself, had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The only thing I would recommend would be a new mattress in the master bedroom. The mattress topper was well worn and had some unavoidable lumps, making It difficult to get a good nights sleep. The location was perfect: near downtown Sarasota and not far from Armand circle where there were plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. We enjoyed spending time at the pool each day. We would definitely return to The Strand on our next trip to Sarasota.

Beautifully decorated, Convenient location for beaches and downtown

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable; the pics don't do it justice online. A main reason I rented this was to enjoy sitting on the balcony and we did until, (out of owner control but did mess up my tranquil time)was the construction across the canal 24 hrs a day for 3 of five days. This was May 3-7 and it doesn't look like it will end any time soon. Another reason I chose this property was the inclusion of kayak and paddleboard, unfortunately the locks were rusted from non-use and wasn't available until late Monday evening, but my plans were to chill with them on Sunday and Monday morning, had other plans rest of time. Disappointed mostly because it was something small, but could've been avoided and it did mess up our plans for our first 2 mornings of paddling the canal. Oh, and there were small ants in kitchen that they had spray under the sink for....not a big deal unless you leave any food items on counter.

Peace and Tranquility

When we opened the door we instantly knew we selected the right place. Then we opened the curtains to the patio door and were amazed at the view. This condo sit right on the canal. There was zero boat traffic the week we stayed. We took the paddle board and kayak out one day. We saw 2 manatees in the canal. We did not take them out in to the open water. We were always blocked from the wind and sun so could spend the entire day on the deck just watching fish jump. Due to the wind direction we did not hear ANYTHING but the fish jumping. Very cool! The unit was well stocked and I am always happy to see there is enough coffee for me on the first day. The snack basket was AWESOME too and greatly appreciated. We were minutes away from the activities that brought us to town and only 6 minutes from the airport. The owner was so kind and quick to respond to any question I had. The unit was clean, spacious, and quiet. Everything I could ask for. We wanted to stay off the beach to recharge. When we did go to the beach, it was just minutes away. The owner has chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, a regular umbrella, and toys available in their storage unit. I should also add that at the end of the day I just sank into the soft comfortable bed. I am pretty fussy when it comes to cleanliness and this unit is the best I've ever seen! I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future. It was perfect for me.

Sarasota Paradise

Just spent entire month of March at this property and enjoyed everything about it, especially the owner Trish who was quickly available for anything that came up. The condo is fully stocked, beautifully decorated and great location., just minutes away from several beaches and 10 from downtown. Look no further, you won’t find a better vacation rental.

Stylish, modern Condo close to downtown Sarasota

My family and I stayed for a week at Trish’s condo in Sarasota. Location is a close drive to downtown. New building so everything is modern. Tastefully decorated and everything you need for a longer stay. The view from the balcony is wonderful, we enjoyed sitting outside when we could. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Trish had some kids toys and my children enjoyed playing with them. Enjoyed our stay and would return!
