This cute historic cabin was the Martin Van Buren hunting lodge back in the day.

The cabin has been completely restored - maintaining the the vibe of the old while incorporating modern

The cabin has an open kitchen with separate dining area and living room - facing an old stone fireplace. There is separate bedroom and bathroom.

The log cabin has a private open-field backyard surrounded by trees - ideal idea breakfast, lunch or even a barbecue.

The cabin was adorable and the setting was beautiful. Very peaceful. The only thing we found tough was it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioners didn't keep the cabin very cool. It was pretty warm at night even with the air conditioner going. There were also some bugs but that's to be expected for a cabin in the woods. We'd definitely come back.
