AC should not be set below 76 degrees in the extreme summer temps as it overworks and potentially damages the compressor and does not cool quicker.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday-Thursday and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday-Saturday. No amplified music at any time.

Pool Heating: Spa heating is included year-round. Optional pool heating is available November 1–March 1 for $100/day with advance notice. Please note our pool is significantly larger than most pools in the area and requires additional time and energy to heat.
Occupancy: Maximum 10 guests, including children, per city permit.
Pets: One dog welcome with prior approval. No puppies under 6 months. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive pet hair or messes.
Parking: Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway. No overnight street parking or oversized vehicles (including Sprinter vans).

Quiet Hours:
• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM–8:00 AM

Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the City of Indio.

Outdoor Area
Please close and secure all umbrellas whenever they are not in use. Desert winds can develop unexpectedly, even on calm days, and open umbrellas can be damaged or blown into the lake.

For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the front parking area, side yard, backyard, pool area, and front door. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces. Cameras record during your stay.

Terra Lago is a quiet, family-oriented community where many residents live year-round. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and help preserve the peaceful atmosphere that makes this neighborhood so special.
Please drive slowly and obey all posted speed limits, as children are frequently playing throughout the community. Speeding is strictly enforced by the HOA, with fines ranging from $250 to $5,000, which will be the responsibility of the guest and may be deducted from your security deposit if applicable.
Guard-Gated Community
Our home accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests, including both adults and children, in accordance with our City of Indio Short-Term Rental Permit.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
For entry into Terra Lago, the full names of all guests must be provided prior to arrival. Each adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) to the gate attendant. Guests who arrive without proper identification may be denied entry by community security. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided in these circumstances.
Parking
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway.
No overnight street parking
No RVs, trailers, commercial vehicles, or Sprinter vans
The HOA strictly enforces parking regulations, and violations may result in fines beginning at $750.

Lake Rules
The lake is for scenic enjoyment only.
For the safety of our guests and in accordance with HOA regulations:

No kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, or other water activities
Guests are responsible for any fines incurred during their stay.

Cancellations & Travel Insurance
Refunds cannot be provided outside of our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected cancellations, delays, illness, or other unforeseen events.

To keep everything looking its best for our guests, professional pool service visits Mondays and Thursdays, and landscaping service is performed on Thursdays. These vendors access only the exterior of the property. (Service days may occasionally vary.)
