Browns Bay was a great stay for our family of 6. We have 4 younger kids and the setup was perfect and the location was great too. The only thing we noticed was the smell when we arrived, almost a smoker smell but we were able to get some fresh air in and air it out. The unit was very quiet and even had sound machines in each room.We would stay here again.
