This was our first time to AMI, and hopefully it won't be our last. The house and pool were great! We enjoyed the easy beach access and beach views from the house. We would definitely stay in LimeKiss B again!!

The location is perfect! You can see the Bay and the Gulf! The decor is beautiful. The house is very well cleaned and kept. The supplies were very generous! We loved it!!!

Overall stay was fantastic! Our only complaint was that there were cleaners/contractors in the top unit every day. They started banging on walls at 7am, moving furniture, etc and they wouldn’t leave until about 6pm. It was odd because that was the original unit that we rented, but had to move to accommodate the owners of the home. There was great communication and they did allow for us to check in a little early which really helped out. I would stay here again but would make sure to have the top unit to ensure we didn’t hear noise above us.

The place was just as described. Close to the beach with beautiful views of the beach and sunset. The check in process was flawless. A few minor maintenance issues were found and addressed by the rental company very promptly. We were notified in advance of the inoperable elevator, so we were not surprised, we just packed light. The place was very clean, and beds were comfortable. We will look at staying here again. I highly recommend this place.

Hurricane Helene 2024

We loved Lime Kiss B and this was our 2nd stay there. We arrived on Sunday 9/22/24 and were able to enjoy 2 nights there. Evacuation orders for AMI on Wednesday so we left Tuesday night 9/24...So disappointed!!! We hope that this VRBO did not receive much damage. Great....but.

Let me first start off by stating that this property location and stay was overall fairly good. The proximity to the beach is awesome, the walk was maybe right at 60 seconds depending on traffic crossing the street. The view of the beach from the 2nd and roof top are great, you can clearly see the beach and ocean on either side of the tallest building across the street. There is also a convenient short walk to a convivence store for beverages and ice if needed. The pool and elevator on the property were both nice and super easy to use. The second floor deck with table right outside the kitchen/dining room area was great. The A/C in the house worked great, there were times our family was cold with it set on 74. The garage had tons of pool chairs and a canopy that we used at the beach that was amazing. There are some things that set this property back in my opinion that could be easily corrected and I would invite the owners of this property to stay here for a short visit to experience some of the things that don't quite make this place a 5 star rated property. First of all the refrigerator reeked of fish smell and we could not get rid of it with baking soda provided by the Island Dreams staff upon requests. There were several light bulbs out most notably on the pool fan outside above the table, in the refrigerator and the cooktop microwave hood light. The TVs were not up to date and did not have any streaming service login options in any of the rooms, so if you are staying here I suggest if you are someone who would want to stream Netflix or the like, bring your own firestick or Roku stick for those rainy days. The kitchen appliances and cookware leave a lot to be desired, there is not a cookie sheet or pizza pan for baking, the coffee maker is regular style so no Keurig coffee pods if you just want one quick cup of coffee. The kitchen is very small and the sink also reeked of old fish as well. There is not a disposal, so someone that had stayed here previously had rinsed fish down the sink. Also the pool was nice but too small and the gate on the back of the property was broken and would not latch closed. The rooftop deck had a great view, but is way small for 4 adults, there is only 2 seats up there and a table. The biggest positives to the property again is the location, views and beach accessories provided and the A/C works wonderfully. For the price however there are better up to date properties on the island.

The house was very clean and decorated nicely. There was an incredible view from one set of sliding glass doors in the living room of the ocean when you walk in, and it’s very convenient to the beach. They had all the supplies, beach, chairs, umbrella, etc. that we could’ve needed. This would be a great place if you have little kids and don’t want to haul them and supplies needed for a beach day very far. They even had a cart where you could wheel all the beach supplies. It was quiet. The elevator does not work, so if you have heavy luggage, you have to pack it up 3 flights of stairs. FYI. Overall very nice and would stay again!

Vacation Paradise

LimeKiss B didn’t miss a beat! The condo was very inviting the minute we pulled in. Beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. All you had to bring from home was your bathing suit. They had the rest. Beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a beach cart to tow it to the beach! Only a couple minutes walk to the beach and you were set. The kitchen had just about everything you needed to prepare a meal except a pizza pan and cookie sheet. No worries though, we went to the Dollar Tree just up the road and bought what we needed. Very spacious condo for the six of us. We definitely recommend it and would do it all over again!!

So close with a view

Spacious, well-equipped, and nicely laid out. No bedrooms share a wall with the other ones. The observation deck gives you a beautiful view of the sunrise (inner coastal) and sunset (beach). Good soaking pool and comfortable outdoor spaces. Super quiet.

Sister's Vacation

We truly appreciated the space and the location. We could walk to one end of the street and watch the sun rise, or from the rooftop deck...and walk the other way just a few steps to the beach, and the free trolley stops are very close. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated. I wouldn't change a thing...thank you.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house was beautiful and clean with a nice view of the ocean across the street. No one stayed in the unit below us during our stay, so it felt like we were at home all to ourselves. The pool was nice and everything was easy to access. We can't wait to book again!

Great place to stay!

We stayed at Like Kiss B last week for my mom’s birthday trip and we all really enjoyed the property. It is very spacious and had everything we needed, including pool noodles and beach chairs. Although we didn’t use it there is even a cooler in the garage. The pool was great along with all of the outdoor space. The elevator wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal.
