The property was just as shown on the website. We thought it was very beautiful. We loved all the decorations. It was very roomy. The pool was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. We didn’t want to leave.

Very nice property. Only reasson for a 4 star would be even though the upstairs apartment guests where being quiet you could still here them walking around. Depending on the guests this could be a real issue.

Great home for a family vacation

My family and I stayed here for three nights while attending a wedding. Everything about this home is fantastic. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, explore the island, or just relax at the pool, you’re always close to the house. We wish we could have stayed longer and appreciate the hosts for the their professionalism. We can’t wait until next time and will look to book this home in the future!

Lime Kiss

Everything about our stay at Lime Kiss on Anna Maria Island was excellent. The house was beautiful and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Island Dreams was very accommodating in letting us access the property a couple of hours early when we arrived in town a little earlier than expected. We will certainly be back and look forward to booking the property again. Thank you!

Easy Beach Getaway

Comfortable, clean fully-appointed condo one block off the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a minor issue with a shower faucet and the property manager responded promptly and it was fixed immediately. We will be back next year.

I loved my stay at Lime Kiss! It was spotless! I loved the starter kit that was on the counter when we arrived. It's nice not having to run and purchase things like dish detergent, paper towels, etc. The pool was excellent especially after a few hours at the beach. Not a bad walk to the beach either. Great beach location

Most importantly the property is accurately described. It is top bottom duplex so you will hear the folks upstairs. It is a shared pool so if both sides are using the pool a lot it would be tight. Those things are know going in but everything else about this property is great. Great room setup for families. Location to the beach is incredible and a non crowd ed beach as well. Nicely furnished

Great Location, could have been cleaner

The location is great, we did not have a car, so walking and the trolley was super convenient- close to the beach too! we felt our bedding was not clean when we arrived, pillow cases were dirty, so we laundered our bedding before we slept, the floor was very dirty too, I found the mop and washed the floor. If it would have been clean, it would be a 5 star stay!

I ended up alone on this family vacation we planned months ago☹️ Unfortunately my mom ended up in the hospital and all my siblings stayed by her side. But all in all the house was very comfortable, very clean, easy walk to the beach. I only wished they had some bikes to use. Would love to come back one day and experience with my family!

Awesome property

It is a beautiful very comfortable property with lots of amenities! Only problems we had was a stinky leaking kitchen pipe and guest bedroom bed was broken. We reported it as soon as we arrived. Property manager came out to look but no communication and nothing else was done. Overall wonderful stay!!

Neighborhood was very nice. Beach was only a few seconds away. Only thing back gate will not latch/lock. I believe if you pay for the rental you should be able have the choice to turn the heater up in the pool without having to pay extra, and have the air conditioning below 72. Ice maker won't dispense ice. Moldy washer. Cable wasn't connected to TV in twin room.

Vacation Dream Come True!

Lime Kiss A, (a lower unit) was everything that we had hoped for! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite. We had 2 adults over 60yrs, 2 adults 30+, and 11yr old. We originally planned to book Lime Kiss B, which is the upper unit with a private roof top balcony! I think we waited too long to book it. Small shared in ground pool was very nice and refreshing when it got too hot at the beach🥵. Beach chairs, buckets, small Beach umbrella which partially broke, along with sand toys for a small child. Gas grill comes in handy and lots of pool and deck furniture! Literally, half a block to the beach!! A Black and Decker coffee maker is provided. We weren’t familiar with this machine and didn’t know that lid works differently.( it screws onto the pot) and when you push the tab to open the lid it doesn’t lift. I tried unscrewing the lid slightly which allowed the coffee to pour. My boyfriend went to pour his coffee and opened it more because it was slow. The lid fell off and dumped hot coffee onto his hand and counter top. Thankfully his hands are very calloused and the burn was minor. I would highly recommend that the rental group provide a different stainless steel pot coffeemaker. I believe that Bunn brand makes one, possibly others too. I would hate to see someone get burned because of this design. Other than that we loved AMI and highly recommend the Lime Kiss property for your stay!❤️

Close to the beach

Close to beach!! Had some issues though, grill and patio light didn’t work but maintenance (Shout out to Alex) he was out next day to fix grill and had someone out the day after that to fix pool patio light. Pool heater supposed to be set at 82 definitely colder then that. No solar cover and appeared someone was filling pool everyday using cold water from house hose because the hose was always left out for someone to trip over. So on the 3 colder (65degrees) day's unable to use pool. Extra charge to have heater turned up, sent text but did not hear back to see if they would turn it up. The pool is not cleaned everyday so a lot of leaves and debris in bottom of pool the day before we left. We stayed in apartment A so PEOPLE upstairs very loud walkers aka stompers, also sounded like moving furniture around, all times of day and throughout the night..If you have a vehicle there, make sure to check tree at stairs for loose bark, lawn maintenance must not have to check or have to do anything about taking care of that, a large piece fell off and damaged our sons new truck!! It is a nice apartment it is just too bad we had so many issues. We made the best out of a bad situation and had a great vacation nevertheless., But for the money spent wish the rental situation would have been better and that my sons truck wasn’t damaged!!
