Our stay was wonderful. The rental is spotless, beds are comfy location is private. Love the back porch. We booked for a family wedding so didn't have time to use the grill or fire pit. .Also of note, is the basement door is level to the ground so if anyone has problems with steps there is bedroom, living room and bathroom with a shower seat on the basement level.I absolutely loved this place!!!!.

We had a lovely time at your vacation rental. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and all of the linens and towels are of good quality. Communication with Patricia was great! I would definitely recommend this rental.

The house was very clean and all the towels and linens smelled fresh. The whole place was well stocked and equipped. It was so refreshing to step outside on the front porch in the morning with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the river running. Beautiful and quiet. Just what we needed

Family Holiday Gathering

Peaceful retreat

Such a wonderful place to stay. Everything is clean and welcoming, all you have to do is enjoy your time there. We were attending graduation at UVA and it was a short and easy commute to Charlottesville.

I came into town for the Tyler Childers concert and this was the perfect spot for me and my dog! Quiet, secluded, beautiful scenery — but close enough to town if you need anything. An easy drive to C’ville and surrounding areas. It didn’t disappoint!

This house was so cozy, clean and in a beautiful location. The outside amenities (porch, fire pit) were a big hit during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the bathrooms. Communication with the host was quick and thorough. We all decided this would be a great place to come back to!

Great home!

Comfortable from top to bottom, terrific house! Very clean, quiet and exactly what we were seeking for a weekend getaway. Owner was great, gave us all the info we needed and provided all the necessaries and then some; basket of chips and snacks was a great touch!
