Nice Place and Great Service!

I actually rented this property for some relatives that were coming to visit for a family gathering, so the location for them was perfect, walking distance from the Arecibo seafront boulevard, close to downtown, the beach and nearby main route #2. The place is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Their only comment was that they could not see the ocean through the frosted windows but this was compensated by the fact that they could have breakfast and lunch al fresco. The property also had ample room for parking their rented car under the concrete terrace. Marion was very helpful during the process and her property manager was very accomodating to my needs when picking up/dropping off the keys. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service!

Due to circumstances beyond the owners' control, we did not actually stay at the property that is listed here. Both the property managers and the owners went out of their way to be sure that our vacation time was unhindered and made arrangements for us at a local resort. The alternate accommodations were in the same area, were ready upon our arrival, and more than adequate for our vacation plans. In addition, they insisted on treating us to dinner at a wonderful local restaurant, "Good Times", as a gracious gesture! We had a wonderful stay, and the North Shore is beautiful. The main drag is a very commercial area, and it is a long drive to many of the top spots (San Juan and El Yunque, for example, are both over an hour away on highways) We did find an excellent secluded beach/picnic area about a half hour to the west, La Playa Hermosa :) Enjoy! Beautiful & Cozy

Rodriguez Family, First let me start off by saying how great Cindy and Kevin are. I had been communicating with Marion for 2 weeks prior to reserving the house. I had a million questions as this was our first time renting privately owned property for vacation. Marion & Cindy responded to all my inquiries almost immediately via phone and email. We felt very comfortable renting from them and will definitely do so again in the future. The house was beautiful! It was cozy and made us feel like we was at home. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need on a daily basis. Also there is security at the home which made us feel safe at all times. This house truly is wonderful your mins away from the beach, restaurants & etc. Thank you Marion for allowing us to rent your beautiful unit. Cindy & Kevin made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay. We look forward to renting from you again in the future! God Bless!
