Cozy townhouse with three bedrooms "ceiling fans" two large suites on the second floor, "ceiling fan" room "kitchen" complete "social bathroom, covered barbecue, garage for 2/3 cars, located between the beach of Maranduba and the Sertão Quina, approximately 1.5 km from Maranduba beach and 700 meters from the first waterfall, market and commerce at approximately 100 meters, great starting point for several beaches like Caçandoca / Caçarquinha, lagoon, hard beach, Lazaro, corsair, beach red ... etc.

Cada banheiro tem um chuveiro os utensílios são os usados normalmente para execução de qualquer tipo de alimentação liquidificador microondas panelas varios tamanhos ..etc copos pratos talheres (facas,garfos,colheres..etc) filtro agua acoplado travessas...etc churrasqueira tem grade refrigerador duplex conforme hospede (informação posterior)o chuveiro saia agua muito quente, com o calor que esta era só diminuir a temperatura do mesmo se nao quisesse mexer era só trocar de banheiro, tem mais 2 É feitos vistoria antes da locação era só chamar a pessoa responsável.
