This property advertised a heated hot tub and pool. They were broken well before we got there and couldn’t be repaired, yet I wasn’t contacted and informed or offered a different property. They only refunded 200. The management company was dishonest initially about this and were rude over the phone. The host ignored my communications. The trash can was full and sat on the side of the house. The 2 gates to the backyard were open and broken. The golf cart key wasn’t where the video indicated. I recommend a different property and different management company.
