Outdoor sitting areas include front porch and chairs in back garden. Walk to the village shopping area and to the farmers' market on Saturdays, and a short drive to BART, restaurants, or the art deco movie theatre in downtown Orinda. Close to Tilden and Briones parks, and to public golf course at Tilden. Kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a laundry located down a few stairs from the kitchen.
