This lovely 4 Bedroom home is located at Windsor Hills Resort, which is a gated community with a security gate that is guarded 24 hours per day only 2 miles from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Studios theme park and Sea World. Great beaches are just an hour away

There's an on-site private cinema for guests that has regular showings of popular and recent family friendly movie releases.

The popular club house at Windsor Hills provides the perfect place to sit around the resort lagoon pool, kids fountain play area, slides, water jets, spa pool and hot-tub - and sun yourself as you meet other guests and families. Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play pool or ping-pong in the club house

Outside of the club house, you'll find picnic and barbecue stands, and a kids tot-lot. There's even a sundry shop in the club house if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack. A little ways in to Windsor Hills you will find a fabulous 'Castle' play area for the kids.

Nice House, Convenient Location

The house is nice and it's conveniently located to Disney. In terms of all the rental houses we stayed in, supplies were very sparse. There were no facecloths, hand towels or any toiletries or house keeping supplies. It was hard to cook some meals because the kitchen was missing a few basics but nothing major. I called to request heat for the hot tub and my call was never returned. The after hours property manager was very responsive when we called about the AC leaking and flooding the laundry area. He was very friendly.

The house is in need of serious updating.

While, yes, the house is in serious need of updating. I will never use CF Reality company again. They were absolutely awful to work with.

HOME WAS LOVELY BUT FILTHY

This is a lovely, spacious and well decorated home but the carpets are sticky and filthy, the bedding had crusted food and walls and doors had dirty fingerprints. The property site is gorgeous.. and the community pool and center are wonderful, but the uncleanliness of the home was hugely disappointing and uncomfortable. Another negative; can not regulate the air conditioning beyond a certain point which made it uncomfortably warm.

Well maintained, clean, well furnished, and well supplied. Perfect vacation home for kids and adults

Home was clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and hit tub was awesome! Kids loved it, and also loved the game room! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to lack of a BBQ.

The property is a bit worn down and needs a facelift in some areas such as the carpet .

I want to start by saying that company that manages the property did its best to address our concerns with the home as promptly as possible but the pest problem in the home made for an uneasy stay. Despite pest control coming to the home we continued to have to deal with them over the course of our weeks stay. I'm honestly not sure how they can fix it. In addition I had to take an inventory of the towels as what was allotted was not what was in each bathroom. The management did address the issue and bring our party the additional towels needed as well as fixed the broken shower door and beeping smoke detector. I would advise stopping at the store prior to your stay as they only supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag, and there is no soap to wash dishes. We found the pool to be nice as well as the patio furniture. We liked the community pool as well. We did not have any issues with the security at the entrance it was smooth in and out. I just sincerely hope they find a way to fix the pest issue as that is what would prevent me from staying at that property again. Having to check your bed each night like I said makes for an uneasy stay.
