Ski in or dine out, there is no need to drive once you arrive. This ski in location is a great spot directly adjacent to the Stubs trail and steps away to ski down to the Wiffletree lift. Spring and summer offer amazing hiking, biking, golf, fishing, and exploring the western Maine mountains. This recently renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and great views of the mountain. You are close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. This home offers a cozy and sunny living room to relax in front of a fire. The entire condo has all-new flooring with new plush carpeting and a recently renovated kitchen well appointed with all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and granite counters. Just off the living room there is a bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom with shower. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with 2 twins along with a full bathroom. All the beds have newer mattresses and pillows. There is cable TV and Wi-Fi for complete connectivity with a Bluetooth audio stereo system. Access to X-country ski and snowshoe trails, mountain bike and hiking trails are just out the door. Stop by the Sugartree Health & Fitness or Anti-Gravity Centers. The winter season offers free shuttle service that will pick you up and take you just about anywhere on the mountain you want to go. Rich is an amazing host and so easy to work with! He answered every one of our questions, proactively sent suggestions for local restaurants and activities, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.The condo is perfectly located for skiing and also a very easy walk if you want to have dinner at one of the base restaurants (there is also a shuttle pick up at the end of the block).Lastly, the condo literally has everything you need and plenty of space!

Richard was a very good host. He gave us his direct cell phone number and responded very quickly to our messages about any questions or problems we had. Not only was Rich an understanding and accommodating host, but the condo itself was nice, met all our expectations, and featured a nice view of the mountain. Convenient location.Ski-out: A 4-minute walk through the condo’s parking lot and across a street put you near the bottom of the run to the Whiffletree lift. Ski-in: At the top of the whiffletree lift, turn left and then take the Cross Haul run to the Stub’s Trail run. At the Oak St. sign, take off your skis and walk 2 minutes right to the door of the condo.At night, we walked across the bottom of the Whiffletree run to the base village (to eat at The Bag)—about a 7-minute walk.

A well appointed condo right on the slopes of Sugarloaf. Easy access to both the downhill trails and the Nordic Center at the bottom of the mountain. Our host, Rich, was an awesome communicator. He was prompt in his replies to my questions and maintains an excellent home. Well worth the stay.

Sweet Sugar loaf stay

The condo is perfectly situated for easy access to skiing, and just a short walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. The condo is very attractive and comfortable. Rich is a wonderful host who communicated very well before, during, and after our stay.

Rich met us at the property and showed us around. He is very nice to deal with. We have stayed at a few properties on Sugarloaf snd by far this property was the cleanest. The kitchen is well stocked. Easy 3 min walk to ski trails, resort shuttle at end of street

We couldn't have asked for a better condo for our ski weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was very comfortable. You can ski into the condo from the trail behind it, and getting to the base in the morning is a 3 minute walk across the street to the trails. Parking is right outside the door, and the shuttle stop is only 200ft away.

Great ski Location and provisions

The condo is an easy walk (even in ski boots) to the Buckboard trail to ski down to the lift. The condo has everything we needed for cooking dinners, great selection of games, gas fireplace to warm ski boots, quality linens. Condo was great!

This home is in a great location and had everything we needed. Our trip was early season from 1/1-1/5/25, so the mountain wasn’t fully open and we couldn’t ski in, but it was a short walk across the street to the mountain (think two blocks). We also took the shuttle once and drove to the mountain once and both were very easy. With 3 bedrooms and two baths, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen table is great for playing games at night!

Great Ski Vacation

This townhouse was everything we needed for our February ski vacation. The townhouse was clean, had the amenities we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the welcome gift upon arrival was so kind and thoughtful. The kids were thrilled to have their own rooms. We were happy that the walk to ski down to the Whiffletree lift was short. The ski-in was perfect to come home mid-day for lunch. All in all, it was a great vacation.
