This is the PERFECT home away from home for a beach vacation! Steps away from a private beach, close to everything, and Paul and LeeAnna thought of every little detail to make the condo the perfect place to land at the end of each day. The condo is meticulously clean, well equipped and decorated beautifully, and all the little details are well thought out (charger blocks by the bedside, tvs in each bedroom, travel sized shampoo, etc). They are responsive and definitely go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. I won’t book anywhere else for our next vacation!

Great host and excellent communication throughout the process. Condo was setup nicely to support a large family. Highly recommend this property/host for an enjoyable stay in Destin! Short walk to the beach and close to anything else needed during your stay.

Everything just as you would hope and as described. Be sure to read the instructions for how to find it - there are two entrances, which is very clear in the instructions. AC worked great, grill worked great, perfect little walk to the beach - and what a beach it is. Will look for this exact VRBO next time.

We had such a wonderful stay here! It was very conveniently located to some fun attractions, restaurants, and literally a couple of minutes from the beach! We will definitely be back. The hosts were very gracious and checked on us frequently to make sure all was well.

This property was PERFECT for a large family. All beds were massive and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, every amenity was provided, the ocean is 2 minute walk away, the back patio was great and the entire condo was very clean. We spent thanksgiving with our daughter stationed at Eglin AFB and it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were great to work with when we asked about adding an extra day. We have literally zero complaints. This was probably the best VRBO/ABnB experience we’ve ever had. 10/10 would book again!

Our stay was fabulous. It fit 4 adults comfortably. Plus room for a few family visitors. Kitchen was clean and adequate for light cooking. We ate easy breakfasts. Grocery stores are close by. Beach was most beautiful and enjoyable. It is the off season which suits us. It was clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. I am short so master bed was a bit of a struggle to get in because it is tall. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed but a bit smallish. The room with double bunk beds a bit wobbly, just needs tightened up a little bit. We had no trouble with the check in and checkout codes. Beach access easy and close by.Our hosts were very communicative and lovely. Indefinitely would stay again. Leann. And Oaul were amazing!

The host was very communicative as soon as we reserved the unit. We were pleased with the two king beds since there were two families staying together. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. What we loved the most was the private beach access. We were there whether during the day or took the kids for a night swim in the water. The only tiny issue was the timing of the sprinklers as they started around 5pm so we couldn't set up our cornhole boards to play on the side of the unit. Hopefully the hoa adjusts the timing. Overall, very happy with our stay as first time visitors to Destin.
