Andrew was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location, close to the bay and beach and the kids had a wonderful time in the pool on the windy-er day.

5 star MDW weekend

Despite the weather, we had a fantastic MDW weekend at lbi. House was perfect for our needs - clean, well stocked and beautiful. Pool was a great add!!

I am the grandmom and I brought my adult children and spouse and grandchildren They had a fantastic time! The pool was wonderful The house was close to the beach; great for sunny days. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of ice cream and fun things to do ( I got Covid and still enjoyed it). House is so nice Great vacation. Thank you

The host was easy to communicate with. The photos are fairly old in my opinion. The yard was not very usable. The bushes were flowering and all over the yard and table and chairs. The pool was not very clean and there was only a strainer to clean the flowers off the top which had to be done everyday. The house was nice, clean and the decks were also. The location was perfect to walk to the beach or bay.

The house was great for a large family; the rooms were clean and comfortable. Also, loved the outdoor shower! The pool and slide were lots of fun for the kids and the water temperature was pleasant and well controlled. The only downside was the backyard furniture which was dirty and hard to clean.Shops and amusements were close by and enjoyed by all. Overall a wonderful experience; would go again.
