Luxury Ocean View Oasis - Private Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator, 100 Steps to Sand!

We're new to VRBO, but we're not new to the vacation rental market. Prior to listing on VRBO, we have exclusively rented our property through social media & word-of-mouth. Almost all of our current guests are repeat customers, which is a strong testament to their high level of satisfaction with our home. Brian & I pride ourselves in providing impeccable customer service. We have dozens of fantastic reviews and would be happy to share those, as needed.

Enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning, direct ocean views from our 2022 constructed 5BR / 6BA *all suites* home. Our beautiful home was professionally decorated and is fully stocked with everything you need for a memorable, relaxing vacation.

*Sleeps 16 ~ Located directly across from the Durham St. beach access point.

*Outdoor living space includes a heated saltwater pool with spillover jacuzzi, a tiki bar with outdoor Smart TV, an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, half bath, and tons of covered and shaded gaming areas.

*Outdoor amenities include the use of owner-supplied pool towels, floats and toys, beach wagon, large cooler, umbrellas, and ten Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

*Features a self-closing elevator and multiple decks with extensive seating.

*Conveniently stocked with two full-sized refrigerators, a beverage refrigerator, two dishwashers, an ice machine, and two tankless hot water heaters.

*Custom designed to fit your entire party in one space ~ 3rd Floor open concept area overlooks the ocean and includes: breakfast bar with six stools, large 12-person dining table, a 70 inch Smart TV, and seating for the whole family on our oversized U-shaped sofa.

*Large game room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Wet Bar ~ Includes 65 inch Smart TV, Golden Tee and Ms. Pac-Man Classic Arcade Cabinets, wall-mounted Connect Four & Tic-Tac-Toe games, Air Hockey Table, a “Vacation Library”, and loads of card and board game options.

*Each bedroom boasts its own bathroom & balcony with a view! Includes complimentary linens: bed sheets, bath towels, & wash clothes.

Wonderful time at the beach

The home was beautiful and just as described. It was a really short walk to the beach which is great when you have small kids. The rental was clean, gorgeous and well-appointed.

Friends Labor Day getaway!

It was a group of 6 of us that stayed here and we had a few more who came and hung out that were staying near by! This is a beautiful home that met all our needs and more! It had an amazing pool and hot tub that definitely got used more than anything! We would definitely stay here in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Vacation Spot

If you are looking for an immaculate and beautiful home to vacation with your family, look no further! The owners made sure to include everything that you could possibly need for a perfect beach vacation. The view of the ocean is amazing to wake up to each morning with the beach access just steps away from the house. The owners make sure that you and your family are taken care of and are incredible hosts. You will not find a better home or hosts in OIB! We will most definitely be back!

It doesn't get any better!

Amy & Brian were awesome to work with, and I can't imagine finding a better beach house in OIB. It's got everything you could ask for. We met other relatives who also own a beach house in OIB, and our dining room table was large enough to seat all 14 of us comfortably. The game room was great for the kids and adults alike. While it was too cold to swim, the kids did get into the hot tub. The pool/hot tub area is perfect, with a bar and ample seating, plus an outdoor bathroom and shower. I don't know any other way to say it, but these owners thought of everything to make your vacation stay memorable. So, you can't go wrong renting this home, and I used the word 'home' on purpose, because you'll feel at home here!

Large family beach trip

We had a great time at this beach house. The location (proximity to the beach) was perfect. It was like being ocean front without ocean front prices. You can sit on the porch and hear and see the ocean and have direct access across the street to the beach.This was the most well appointed beach house we have ever stayed in. It had everything you could ever imagine you would want. The “extras” - pool toys and floats, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, pool towels, separate ice maker, two fridges…I could go on and on. The owners have thought of everything!Additionally, the owners are so attentive and respond to any requests, concerns, via text almost immediately. While we were there the wind blew the pool umbrella over and it broke. I texted and they immediately ordered a new one and had it shipped to the house. I have never written a review for anything before- purchases, online, VRBOs, etc, but this house and experience deserves a 10, so I am writing my first review ever!Thanks for an amazing stay! If our group is as large in the future, we will definitely be back!
