The house is perfectly located and is under 10 mins drive to downtown and local favorites.

We may able to accomodate early check-in and late check-out times, depending on availability and whether there are other bookings on the same day.

We loved our stay here, everything was accurate for the listing. The property was lovely, Barbara was easy to communicate with and checkin was seamless. Loved the coffee bar at the ready, comfortable beds, and living space. Worked well for us while in the area for basketball tournament. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place while visiting the area.

Great Place to stay in Germantown

The house was perfectly tucked away in the Germantown neighborhood. It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Would for sure stay here again

Beautiful Home - Great Derby Landing Spot

This is a fantastic property - clean home, great layout for a family or couples/friends traveling together.Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils and the assortment of coffee and tea was appreciated.Close to downtown, the airport and Churchill Downs but not really within walking distance of attractions. Definitely would need a car or plan to use rideshare.The owner/property manager was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location! Close to local Restaurants, Coffee, Bars!

Newly remodeled modern decor shotgun home- Absolutely stunning! It was super clean, had great amenities, and the most comfortable beds! The location was perfect. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance and the house is just a couple minutes from downtown. Check in was very easy, and the owner was extremely responsive and communicative! Will definitely be back!
