For the best beach experience, we provide 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 coolers. Perfect for a relaxing and memorable family vacation!

We are offering a FREE Park Pool Pass to our hosts so you can enjoy Sunshine Florida at the pool at different locations . Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park Pool is only 3.4 miles away (approximately 8 min away.) Centennial Park Pool has Olympic size pool or if you are exploring Punta Gorda you can go to South County Regional Park Pool at no charge as well.

Spotless calm

Five golfing friends and myself stayed in this new duplex in Rotonda West for 2 nights. It was so comfortable and clean and close to one of the two courses we were playing. we were rained out of the 2nd day but we enjoyed playing cards and just hanging out. We all had very comfortable beds, it is perfect for 6 ladies - each with our own room. We went to Lipinski's Tavern for dinner only 2 miles away and really fantastic - great food and reasonable prices. The host was also very responsive and accommodating which was much appreciated! I highly recommend this home.
