The house is adorable and has been so beautifully decorated. The hosts are very responsive and very thoughtful! I appreciate the location. We did our Halloween at Busch Gardens and then the children went trick or treating in the nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for the Halloween festivities! We all had a lot of fun.

Amazing property and host. Great location for seeing Tampa, St Pete and enjoying the nightlife. Lots of entertainment on property to occupy large groups while relaxing at the house. Scott and Russ may never recover from the beating they took in Ping Pong, but other than that everyone had a great time. Pool area is amazing!

Gaspar's Estate was the perfect spot for our group trip to Tampa. The property was spacious with many different areas to hang out and plenty of games to keep everyone busy - not to mention the gorgeous pool and hot tub! The hosts were also very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This property was above and beyond what I could have imagined. I recently held my 30th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! Kristen and her team made the whole process flawless, from the initial booking of the property up until our departure. I can’t recommend this property enough.
