Very pleasant stay in this home during our quick getaway to ABQ. Listing was accurate and communication from the property manager was very good. We did not use the outdoor space as much as we'd like due to weather and bugs but the place suited our needs well.

We had a wonderful long weekend in New Mexico for a family wedding. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. The host was was quick to respond to questions. The outdoor space was relaxing and quaint. I would highly recommend staying at this home if you are in the area.

This was a great sized home for 4 with a beautiful courtyard. Everything was easy from the minute I booked, and management provided a website with EVERYTHING we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

Long weekend in Albuquerque

Great house, great location. The house has all the amenities needed and is very comfortable. The backyard area is very nice with a fire pit area, grill and nice patio furniture. Next trip to Albuquerque, we will attempt to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean! They thought of everything to make you feel at home. Love the yard and the fire pit area. We were gone so much that we didn’t get to enjoy the fireplace at all but we wanted to. We all agreed we would stay there again!

Wonderful property inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.

We have rented many VRBO properties, and this is absolutely one of the finest. It was immaculate inside and out. We especially enjoyed the patio and the beautiful murals on the courtyard wall. We would rent again in an instant. The owner of the property was terrific to deal with.

Beautiful property

The bear house was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to Albuquerque. The house is clean, the furnishings are new, and it has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The host was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Was very impressed with the communication leading up to the visit and during our stay. Was by the far the best I have experienced doing these types of vacations. Super clean. Great outdoor space that we would have loved to use if it had been a bit warmer. Will stay here again when in ABQ.

I can say the house was exactly in reality as we saw in the pictures. We loved the place and our stay in Albuquerque. Very neat and clean. The big plus was the outdoor fireplace. We enjoyed to sit there in the evening. Just wonderful!

Enjoyed this house

Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors. We enjoyed our time at the Bear House. It felt like home away from home. When the grill ran out of gas, it was fixed the next day. It was close to many of the Albuquerque sites we wanted to see. Great place for the four of us. Highly recommend this house.

Great Stay Again

We have stayed here twice now and if we come back we will try to stay here again. The property is just as the pictures show. It is clean. It is in a good neighborhood. The owners communicate very efficiently and checkin/out is very easy. We highly recommend.

Nice house in a quiet residential neighborhood from which to explore Albuquerque. Great yard for the kids to let off steam and to have drinks at night. Eloy was a wonderful host to deal with.

This was the perfect house for our trip to NM. The house and the yard were clean and well maintained in a very quiet neighborhood. Close enough, yet far enough from the airport. Great communication with the property manager. I appreciated that we were able to check in slightly earlier than listed since we arrived earlier in the day. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay.
