Equipped with a fully loaded kitchen, deluxe master suite, two large living rooms, four HD flat screen TVs, and a private patio. This home is professionally decorated with an eclectic boho theme. The first floor welcomes you with a combined kitchen, dining and living area. There is a full bath right off of the entry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials plus a blender, crockpot, and waffle iron. All the spices you could ever need are located near your own personal coffee station. With a beautiful dining table that seats six, three bar stools at the island counter and a six person outdoor dining table you can host the entire family! Step out onto your private back patio with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, sectional, hammock, lighted pergola, and BBQ grill. We also provide top of the line turf outback for your furry friends!

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms surrounding another upscale living room. Enjoy the oversized sectional for movie nights. There is a deluxe king size master suite with its own private bathroom and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king size bed, cozy decor and room darkening shades. A thoughtfully decorated bunk room with all of the bonuses includes; lots of boardgames, stuffed animals, building blocks, an art easel, unique bedding and a constellation night light. Every bedroom has a large closet with built in storage. The laundry room is fully stocked and ready for use. Enjoy the comforts of extra cozy blankets and deluxe bath towels.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home and private back patio w/hot tub. Two parking spaces in the garage and two spaces in the driveway are for guest use. Guests also have access to the heated community pool that is right across the street. The supply closet located under the stairs is not for guest use.

There is RV, trailer, and boat parking pads located around the neighborhood for guest use. They are available on a first come first serve basis.
