House well located on CAPRICORN beach (FOOT IN THE SAND), 24 hour security, 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 3 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 external toilet, full kitchen, microwave, 2 refrigerators, stove, blender, pizza oven, barbecue, swimming pool 5 X 10 (exclusive of the house), shower by the pool, land area 500 square meters, garage, balconies and hammocks, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and air circulator in the rooms. High ceiling, well ventilated, one block from the beach, (No need to cross road). ATTENTION: VERY CLEAN BEACH WITH GREEN STAMP OF CETESB, and BLUE POND at the end of the neighborhood. There is no open sewer, beautiful look and very quiet. NOTE: I make my home, your home, so that you enjoy great moments of leisure and rest with your family.
