Fully fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all mod cons, separate utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, etc. Basement with 3m screen cinema seating 8, games rm, pool table, excellent gym running, rowing, cycle machines, weights, 50' plasma screen & Wii. Squash Court. Wet room with jacuzzi, steam shower & sauna. Ground floor accessed by stairs or lift. Patio doors lead onto terrace seating 8 for al fresco dining, soft seating area for 6. Large south facing covered terrace off the lounge overlooking gardens. Walk-in heated swimming pool with jacuzzi jets. 2 beds on ground floor, 1 double 1 twin, both with ensuites. 2 Beds on top floor, master and 1 twin. All beds have TVs linked to media system. Garage. The residential area has a mini-market and a few restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach . Close by are a good choice of restaurants and the sea side town of La Cala itself.
