We loved this house, there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kids loved the outside area and had a great time. The beds were nice, the house was updated and it was convenient to downtown Williams. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Loved our stay for the train to the Grand Canyon. 10 minute walk to the train depot and downtown. Easy to communicate, clean and we had a fun 2 night stay.

My family (5 adults/1toddler) and I had a wonderful stay. The host was helpful and informative. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere in downtown Williams and also visited the Grand Canyon (one hour away)on numerous days. Well stocked and we all felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed the house and yard very much. We were very ultimately very comfortable despite quite a shock upon arriving, when we discovered that the house had not been cleaned after the last guests had left. Needless to say, after a long drive and being very tired, we were sorely disappointed upon entering the house and finding beds unmade with used sheets and towels on the bathroom floors. However, upon calling the property manager, he immediately responded with a cleaning crew and explained there had some confusion after the housekeeper had called in sick. In any case, my wife, my brother, and I went into town while the housekeepers went to work. The house was cleaned in about an hour and a half and upon our return all was well. We all felt comfortable at the house and enjoyed our stay there. The only negative I can say at this point is that due to the initial shock and resulting inconvenience, it was agreed I would receive the amount of the cleaning fee as a reasonable compensation, but no refund was ever made despite this agreement. That is quite disappointing. I understand the initial confusion which resulted in the house not being cleaned prior to our arrival, and we do appreciate the quick cleaning, but the failure to make good on the reasonable compensation which was offered due to this problem is unacceptable. I rated the house highly because we did like it there, but not following through on their offer to compensate compounds the disappointment.

The kitchen was fully stocked. We were impressed with all the beautiful Longaberger baskets throughout the house. The master suite upstairs was spacious and it was nice to have three bedrooms on the main floor. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing the monopoly game, but couldn’t find the dice. We used an app on our phone for the dice. We were very pleased with the home.

Wonderful, dog friendly home!

We had a great time staying here during our trip. We were able to cook easily during our stay since the kitchen was fully stocked, and there was plenty of TP and paper towels so we were good to go the entire time without bugging the host. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Location. Pet friendly, Bearazona was great. Plan second drive through about a hour and a half before closing. It's feeding time main street is walking distance. Fire pit was good bring your own firewood. ENJOY.

An awesome choice

Great location and spacious accommodation. Huge yard for kids and dogs to play. Quick and friendly replies from the management. We would definitely stay here again!
