Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Located in the heart of downtown Lexington on historic upper Street. Our property is located to all the conveniences of downtown and the university of Kentucky. Guest are able to find off street parking to pay and several lots nearby. Parking is not included at this unit

However, we do have the option to rent one parking pass, we do require guests to pay a $150 Deposit and the pass must be turned in at checkout. If the pass is returned, guests will be refunded their $150 deposit. This is for street parking where the apartment is located.
The Primary front bedroom also features a day bed that can be used.
