The unit is a 30sqm 1BR fully furnished with nice interior.

We are situated in the heart of the historical and cultural district of Adriatico in Manila. Convenient location from which you can easily reach all important places in and around the city. Transport options are plentiful as our location is close to LRT Station, bus, jeepneys, taxis and the NAIA International airport is just a few kilometers away.

The unit comes furnished with one bedroom and with one bathroom with hot & cold water, an air condition, 40 inch LED TV, orthopedic mattress which is very comfortable and two large pillows, complete kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle and everything necessary to prepare meals in the privacy of your own unit.

Watch the famous Manila Bay sunset, only 5-10 minutes walk from Adriatico Gardens Condominium. Harrison Plaza Shopping Mall and SM Hypermarket is just beside us & lots of convenience stores, restaurants, nearby. One of the biggest shopping malls in the world, SM MALL of Asia (MOA) is just 10-15 mins ride.

Had everything we needed. Security is great with 24/7 gaurds on duty. 7/11 is a 1 min walk away and has just about anything you need. The apartment was cozy and what was expected for a two person group.

A peA clean and quiet place to relax and call Home while visiting Manilla,

The Apartment is in an excellent location at the foot of the Adriatico neighborhood and within easy walking distance of many good coffee shops, restaurants and bars around the De La Salle University /Taft Ave. areas. This comfortably compact Apartment has a bit of a feel of Japan including Bonsais on the living room table at the time of my visit. (2023) The decor and furnishings (including a very comfortable bed) are just as shown in the profile images. Communication with Arnel was excellent, friendly and helpful and I look forward to returning here in any future visit to Manila.
