The location is amazing. The ski in/out is so good that I never went to the apres ski as it was so comfortable to get in and leave everything at the valet get in the chimney open a bottle of red wine while we eat some cold meats and play table games (provided by the property). Would love to stay again here if the price allows it.
Our family had 3 separate units in this building and this one was the nicest of the 3.
the Unit was very clean and in great shape, kitchen was well stocked
Hot tub and pool were Awesome and Front desk staff were very nice
Overall a winner!

Hello Mike,
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to hosting you again!
Cheers,
Blackcomb Peaks Accommodations
Very close to Blackcomb Village and less than 10 minute walk to Whistler Village. There is a great shuttle service too.
The space was great for two people. But be aware that the living room area is tight, with the dining table directly across from the couch and jammed up against the kitchen counter - would be cramped for more than four people.
A note to the property manager that the carpets are rippling and need attention, and the terrible plastic table on the balcony needs replacing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aspens 412 last week. The unit was very clean and quiet, and we especially loved the cozy fireplace in the living room and the super convenient access to the Blackcomb slopes and Upper Village. We would definitely return.

Keypad check in, very clean upon entry. Basic amenities, no extras, but I’ll take clean and functional any day over extras and dirty.
All appliances working, including air conditioning, which is key during summer season. Make sure you add this as a filter or you will be very disappointed if you overlook.
This was our second stay at the Aspens property, but in a different unit. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath set-up of this unit is great for our family of 5 - we previously did a 1 bed / bath unit. The living space is a bit tight in this unit, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there other than first thing in the morning and late in the evening. The location of this unit is great being near the end of the building, so it’s a quick walk down the stairs to the slopes. We found the ski valet to take way too long so just left our gear in the car at the bottom of the steps - it was much faster and more conveniently located, which made this unit all the more convenient. The condo unit was clean and updated somewhat recently, but has seen some use. The Aspens complex (outside the unit) could use some freshening up - we always find the hallways and common places to smell odd / dirty. We also have experienced broken hot tubs both years we have been here - with 3 of them, we end up always finding a working one though. We returned to the Aspens for the location though - it’s proximity to the gondola and Blackcomb village is great and when the hot tubs are working, they are a nice place to relax after a day on the mountain.
This property was great. It had everything I expected and was exactly as I thought it would be. I would recommend this property to others and I would stay here again.

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
We had a great time at this property. It was kept up nicely and updated and spacious enough for my family of 6. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa bed, which was a plus. You have to pay for parking and need to go in the lobby to buy a pass from a kiosk. The pool and hot tub areas were also nice and not packed with people. The only thing that I had a complaint about was waking up one morning to no hot water due to an emergency in the building, which left us to not be able to shower the whole day until the late evening.

Great stay for weekend dance competition
My family of 5 recently stayed in this condo when attending a dance competition being held at the Fairmont. It was a great fit for us and much better than staying in a hotel. The condo was clean, relatively spacious and well appointed with everything you could want during your stay. My only complaint was that while it sleeps 6, the dining room table only sat 4 and there weren’t even extra chair to add to the table. My husband and I ended up standing at the counter instead of being able to enjoy a nice meal with our family. Space in the kitchen/dining room area is small so I suspect lack of space was the reasoning for the smaller table. Overall we had a great stay and would noy hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful condo and very clean.
The place was wonderful. It served perfectly for myself and my 2 teenagers. The walk into Whistler Village wasn't too far, only about 10 mins or so. It's right on the Blackcomb slope though so you pretty much just walk outside and you're there. My only complaint is the propane tank for the BBQ grill was empty when I arrived so we weren't able to grill the steaks and burgers we purchased from the market. It was such a nice kitchen with updated appliances along with plenty of pots and pans for you to cook any and every meal. It would've been nice to have some of the basic essentials already stocked such as basic condiments and spices that everyone can use. The kitchen had absolutely nothing. We were there for 4 days and the 3 of us weren't going to need an entire bottle of ketchup or a a full shaker of salt/pepper. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely look to stay here on our next visit.

Wonderful place to stay!!
We stayed 11 Summer nights in this beautiful home and loved every minute of it. It was clean, modern, quiet and equipped with everything you need, including a gas grill! We cooked, relaxed, used the gorgeous pool and hot tubs, laundry, etc! My only complaint was the wifi - we could connect but that's it - couldn't even check email on a phone. Location was perfect for us as well.

Great location
Great local; super clean; modern and practical amenities. Reservation and email informational updates were very helpful. my only gripe was the showers. Although ultra modern- too complicated to function. Second bathroom shower only had hot, hot water. We thought it was "user error" at first. But later realized the knobs are just extremely tricky and can be misaligned by housekeeping and tenants. Takes a lot of time to figure out the "quirks". Despite the shower issue, would stay here again.

Excellent Property, booking fees extra
Excellent property and location, close enough to village and to carry ski gear to lifts. Renovated with new appliances. Staff is helpful, courteous, knowledgable. Party noise ends exactly at 10:30. Beds and excellent, lots of towels and bedding. Pool and hot tub are added bonuses. Parking is extra but has clearance and room to park a big vehicle. Cleaning is included in the booking fee.
This unit also books through Blackcomb Peaks and Canada Stays. We booked through a Canada Stays link we found on VRBO. This meant we paid three booking fees - Blackcomb Peaks, Canada Stays, and VRBO; for the four days booking fees were 20% of rental cost. Otherwise five stars.
We will continue to come to Aspens but will pay more attention to the booking process.
