The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed being able to relax and have our morning coffee on the balcony. Quiet community, but close enough to the pkwy for all of our activities. We would highly recommend staying here. Our next trip to PF we will definitely look to see if Brian’s condo is available first.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of condo. Everything was as pictured. Very convenient location. Only downfall was no Mountain View. However that did not matter to me, it was an excellent choice for us.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Pigeon Forge celebrating our 25th anniversary. The condo was perfect, exactly as described. Located right off the main strip. Easy access to all shows and places to eat, yet tucked away, where you can enjoy the peace and quite of the condo. Highly recommend staying here,. would love to stay again in the near future.
